Our international virtual mailbox service offers you the opportunity to have a logistics company at your disposal in the United States, providing you with a physical address to receive purchases from anywhere in the world, allowing you to consolidate and receive everything in a single package, saving money.

Once your purchases start arriving, we will notify you via email and through our app, providing you with the tracking number of your package and a description. In some cases, we will include photos of the item if the barcode allows it. When you wish to dispatch all or part of your merchandise, you can access your virtual mailbox through our mobile application and select what you want, the quantities, declared value, and payment method. From there onwards, we take care of the logistics procedures, shipping, customs clearance, and deliver it to the registered address. It is important to note that shipments of goods up to $200 USD are exempt from tariffs and VAT.

With each shipment you make with us, you accumulate CoordiUSA points, which increase in value as your loyalty level rises. We have four levels: Standard, Bronze, Silver, and Gold.
